Conţinutul reziduului de pesticide şi diminuarea acestuia în vinurile albe şi roşii

Abstract

This article presents the results on the determination of pesticide residues in white and red wine produced by diff erent methods and highlight the more eff ective preparats for their elimination. In the investigated samples was not identifi ed presence of any multirezidue, detected active substances are metalaxyl and pyrimethanil, attesting in amounts well below the MAL.
