Composition for the production of fortified sausages

Abstract

The use of powder from germinated seeds of sea buckthorn Hippophaë rhamnoides L provides the possibility to obtain the composition for production of fortified sausages and consists in improving the stability of the functional properties of the sausages by standardising the composition with biologically active substances, while eliminating restrictions and contraindications for use.
