Abstract:
Entrepreneurial Activity’ Regulatory Reform, which began in Moldova since 2004, gave to public authorities an efective tool for improving the quality of developed regulations - Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA). Implemented since 2008, RIA, unfortunately, do not always has suicient quality to serve as a solid source for a decision in the matter of regulation. There are many gaps in RIA documents developed in Moldova since 2008, but in this article, the author especially wants to refer to one of the most important components often missing in AIR - cost-beneit analysis.
