Domeniul de definiţie al disprporţionalităţii soluţiei optime în sisteme RP

Abstract

Electoral systems with proportional representation, when using each of 12 indices of disproportionality/proportionality, including Rae, Loosemore-Handby, Grofman, Lijphart, Gallagher, SainteLaguë, d’Hondt and Mean relative deviation ones, are investigated. The definition domains for the optimal solution’s disproportionality, when using each of the 12 indices, are determined and comparatively analyzed.
