Abstract:
Study was submitted 26 wines from the harvest of 2014 produced by 12 wineries of the Association of Wine Producers with Protected Geographical Indication from grapes of Pinot Noir, Rara neagra, Feteasca neagra, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The results of anthocyanin profi le showed that in the wines from indigenous varieties Feteasca neagra and Rara neagra combined amount of anthocyanins is 17,9 to 19,6%, in Pinot noir wine does not exceed 20,8% and in the Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon varieties – 29,0 and 36,9%. Most of investigated red wines have similar spectrometric characteristics, except Merlot and CabernetSauvignon wines produced at Vinia Denovi where the chromatic characteristics have higher values.
