Abstract:
New methods, mechanisms, technical procedures as well as organizational and management tools are proposed by the managerial science in order to solve the existing problems in the meat processing enterprises from the Republic of Moldova and to identify their perspectives. The purpose of the article deals with the diagnosis and assessment of the development level of the management system within the meat processing enterprises from the Republic of Moldova to identify the internal opportunities and the potential reserves to increase the efficiency of the management. The research method is the survey based on the self-assessment of the management system by the meat processing enterprises from the Republic of Moldova. As a result of the research will be the quantitative and qualitative diagnosis of the management in the Moldovan meat processing enterprises.
