Cu privire la metodologia de calcul al mandatelor parlamentare şi interpretarea noţiunilor de majoritate

Abstract

There have been analysed mathematics aspects of distribution methods of Parliamentary mandates and concept of majority. It is proposed, that Parliamentary mandates to be distributed in base of condition: the standard deviation from equality principle of voters is minim. The numerical calculations are analysed from which results clearly the efficiency of proposal method.
