Abstract:
This article relates to the technical and economic expertise of the real estate. The investigation touches on the way in which the real estate expertise contributes in order to determine the quota regime or to recalculate the shares allocated to the common property, depending on the different factors in different situations. The article draws attention to the current social impact caused by the lack of appropriate rules for dealing with cases and litigations between right holders of common estate. In the same order, the article focuses on the collisions in real estate market reports through the assurance of the parties involved in the development of real estate.
