dc.description.abstract	In this article the author comes with the message regarding the methodological aspects of life quality evaluation at the global level, witch is seen as patrimony and as an important condition in assurance of human development degree and of competitivity of countries on global arena. The author makes a research and gives examples of two life quality evaluation indexes: Human Development Index and Gini Index, performing the characteristics of their advantages and disadvantages. The final conclusion of the research is that at the moment there doesn’t exist a relevant index of quality evaluation at the global level.	en_US
