Finanţarea învăţământului – o strategie importantă a statului

Abstract

In this article the author examines the problem of financing of public education. Several factors are indicated here, such as the demographic, economic, political and social factors, which lead to the drawth of the public expenses for education. There can be identified the sources of financing of the public education: financing from the state`s budget and from the local budgets, and from other sources as well. The money spent on education are considered to be intellectual investments. This article treats the problem of calculation, the efficiency of spending money in the field of education.
