Alocaţiile bugetare pentru educaţie – o investiţie în capital uman

Abstract

This article investigates the process of financing general and secondary education in the Republic of Moldova from the state budget. Dynamics research (2014-2020) shows that the standard cost for a weighted student is increasing, although the number of students is slowly decreasing. The state policy in the field of education in the Republic of Moldova is oriented towards ensuring quality and performance. The sustainable development of this field is based on the principle that the most important investment is in human capital.

În acest articol este cercetat procesul de finanțare a învățământului primar și secundar general în Republica Moldova din mijloacele bugetului de stat. Cercetările în dinamică (2014-2020) demonstrează că costul standard pentru un elev ponderat este în creștere, deși numărul de elevi este în descreștere lentă. Politica statului în domeniul învățământului în Republica Moldova este orientată spre asigurarea calității și performanței. Dezvoltarea sustenabilă a acestui domeniu are la bază principiul că cea mai de seamă investiție este aceea în capitalul uman.
