dc.description.abstract The goal of the proposed research was to determine the load and diversity of bacterial flora of poultry eggs to the Central Agricultural Market of Chisinau from different poultry companies inside the country and analyze the risks of contamination of eggs with pathogenic microorganisms in specially with Salmonella spp. Samples were taken from the surface of the eggs and from the interior surface of the commercial buildings and were performed on nutrient media like: peptone agar, nutrient medium Endo, Levin, Salmonella Shigela Agar, Saburo agar. As a result, the bacteriological investigations demonstrated the presence of various combinations of conditional pathogenic micro-organisms in all samples collected from the surface of poultry eggs and from the interior objects from the commercial buildings. The associations found where: Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, E. coli, Salmonella and microscopic fungal. Isolation of Salmonella and E. coli colonies from the surface of eggs indicates the presence of the risk of toxiinfections and require a careful monitoring of the entire launcher production and marketing of poultry eggs to determine the critical points of eggs contamination with pathogenic micro-organisms. en_US
