dc.description.abstract	In Moldova, viticulture and winemaking represent an important branch that generates a new area of economic activity: Wine tourism. By combining winemaking, gastronomy and cultural potential wine tourism is the most potent and promising perspective of national tourism. The association of wine with food used to be based only on empirical considerations. In this article, we propose to draw a new path for wine and food pairing.	en_US
