Modificările profilului hematologic la iepuroaicele gestante tratate cu remediul BioR

Abstract

The study was carried out on three lots of rabbits, each one of these lots containing 7animals, from which one is the witness lot and the other two are the experimental lots that were treated with the BioR product administrated intramuscularly in two half’s 7 days before the mount, respectively 14 days before the pregnancy. The national product BioR is an active biological product, based on the cyanobacteria - Spirulina Platensis that had an impact on the hematological profile. In the beginning of the study, respectively on the 14-th day and at the very ending of the study, there were collected blood samples from five rabbits of each lot, in order to do the hematological exam. It revealed that the BioR remedy is well tolerated by the rabbits, has a beneficial impact on the hematological profile which is revealed by a higher number of red blue cells and increases the concentration of hemoglobin.
