| dc.description.abstract | There have been proposed the recipes for preparing two feed premixes with organic selenium according to the source of inorganic selenium used: “Spirulina with organic selenium 1 and 2” and “protein feed premix with organic selenium 1 and 2”. The proposed premixes comprise a multicomponent synergistic combination in case of the first technological recipe and Spirulina extract containing free aminoacids, oligopeptides and selenium-containing proteins in case of the second recipe exhibiting significant antioxidant activity and immunomodulatory effect. | en_US |
