Abstract

Currently in Chisinau are a lot of broken land which according to zoning plans or detailed to appear as independent objects, there is no clear evidence, and it is difficult to estimate the total area of their value as well as income that - I can provide the local budget from their effective management. Creating a database with information on these lands would also contribute to market development and increase imobiliaret estate transactions.
