Выявление фитоплазмы Candidatus Phytoplasma solani на плантациях винограда в Республике Молдова

Abstract

În plantațiile viticole din Republica Moldova boala fitoplasmică Înnegrirea lemnului (Bois noir) s-a răspândit pe scară largă. Simptomele caracteristice bolii au fost observate practic la toate soiurile de viță de vie cultivate în țară. Pentru identificarea agentului patogen al bolii s-a efectuat secvențierea ADN-lui fitoplasmei, izolat din frunzele afectate de viță de vie, din buruiana Fallopia convolvulus L., precum și din cicada - vector Hyalesthes obsoletus (Signoret). În urma studiilor efectuate s-a stabilit prezența fitoplasmei Candidatus Phytoplasma solani în probele investigate de viță de vie, buruieni și cicade. Rezultatele obținute privind prezența fitoplasmei în plantele de viță de vie, buruieni și cicade sunt în acord cu datele privind răspândirea largă a bolii fitoplasmice în plantațiile din RM și confirmă rolul cicadei - vector în distribuția acesteia.

На плантациях винограда Республики Молдова широкое распространение получило фитоплазменное заболевание Почернение древесины (Bois noir). Симптомы заболевания обнаружены практически на всех возделываемых в Республике сортах винограда. В целях дальнейшей идентификации возбудителя заболевания проведено секвенирование ДНК фитоплазмы выделенной из пораженных листьев винограда и сорного растения Горец вьюнковый (Fallópia convólvulus L.), а также цикадки-переносчика Hyalesthes obsoletus (Signoret). В результате проведённых исследований установлено присутствие в исследованных пробах винограда, сорного растения и цикадки фитоплазмы Candidatus Phytoplasma solani. Полученные результаты о наличие данной фитоплазмы в виноградной лозе, сорном растении и цикадке – переносчике согласуются с данными о широком распространении фитоплазменного заболевания на насаждениях винограда в РМ и подтверждает роль цикадки-переносчика в его распространении.

The phytoplasmic disease Bois noir is widespread on the vineyards of the Republic of Moldova. Symptoms of the disease were found on almost all grape varieties cultivated in the Republic, as well as on a number of herbaceous and shrub plants. In order to further identify the causative agent of the disease, DNA sequencing of the phytoplasm was carried out, which was isolated from the affected leaves of grapes and the weed (Fallópia convólvulus L.), as well as the leafhopper-carrier Hyalesthes obsoletus (Signoret). As a result of the research in the investigated grape samples, the presence of a weed plant and a leafhopper of the phytoplasm Candidatus Phytoplasma solani were established. The results obtained on the presence of this phytoplasm in grapevines, weeds and leafhoppers are consistent with the data on the widespread occurrence of phytoplasmic diseases on vine plantations in the RM and show the importance of the leafhopper carrier in its distribution.
