Activitatea Uniunii Arhitecţilor din Republica Sovietică Socialistă Moldovenească

Abstract

Uniunea Arhitecţilor din Republica Sovietică Socialistă Moldovenească a unit specialişti din domeniu, fiind centrul de polarizare a ideilor arhitectural-urbanistice socialiste. Activitatea de proiectare a membrilor UA, normată de puterea centrală, depindea de deciziile politice ale statului. Creativitatea arhitecţilor era permanent coordonată, verificată, susţinută şi criticată în discuţiile Congreselor de arhitecţi, unde participau şi conducătorii politici. Puterea decizională se conturează atât în rezolvarea problemelor de importanţă majoră, cât şi în cele mai mici detalii. Însă toate acestea nu au împiedicat creşterea numărului membrilor Uniunii Arhitecţlor, cu toate că s-a distrus identitatea profesionistă a mai multor oameni de creaţie.

The Union of Architects of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Moldova unified the specialists in the field and was the centre of polarization of the socialist architectural-urban ideas. The design activity of the members of the Union of Architects was formed by the central power and depended on the political decisions of the state. The creativity of the architects was constantly coordinated, verified, sustained and criticized in the Congresses of architects, where political leaders participated. Decision-making power is outlined both in solving major issues and in the smallest details. Nevertheless, all these did not prevent the increase of the members of the Union of Architects, although the professional identity of many creative people was destroyed.
