Abstract:
Current trends of social development anticipate dominance of knowledge based society in the future. This concept is a multidimensional one, knowledge management being part of it. Knowledge management in organizations represents a work environment that promotes the generation, dissemination, storage and use of knowledge. By default, knowledge management in various ways promotes creation, updating and further development of knowledge, skills and competences, namely it promotes learning. It is clear that learning must go like a red thread through all components of the management process, but in this article the author makes an attempt to ind common points between organizational learning and the evaluation function.
