Abstract:
The need to study the processes of elaboration and evaluation of public policies is a consequence of the undesirable impacts of currently promoted public policies, especially the ineffectiveness of economic policies. The fact that the authors of the policy documents are not sufficiently trained for policy development, often allows errors in the design of public policies, both conceptual and technical. Thus, filling the gap in the professional development of civil servants in matter of public policies, will enhance the quality of issued policy documents and, therefore, have a beneficial impact on society.
