Contractul de investiţii în construcţii

Abstract

Dat fiind faptul că legislaţia naţională nu reflectă în mod expres reglementări cu privire la contractul de investiţii în construcţii conţinutul lucrării reprezintă o reflectare şi o trimitere la legislaţia în vigoare a R.Moldova care reglementeză raporturile juridice existente între antreprenori şi potenţialii investitori.

Given the fact that the national legislation does not reflect the expressly rules with regard to the contract of investment in the construction of the content of the work is a reflection and a reference to the law in force in Moldova which regulates the legal relations existing between entrepreneurs and potential investors.
