Abstract:
The paper addresses the issue of rural health services as a factor for increasing the quality of life in the rural sector of the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, the authors have come to present a historical-dialectical synthesis of the theoretical and methodological concepts of evaluation and increase of the quality of life as socio-economic category at global and regional level, defining it. They argued and equated the concept of "increasing quality of life" and "human development". The subject of the research was presented by the Medical Services as a factor for increasing the quality of life in the rural area. The subject of the research is presented by the young rural labor force, which at the current stage is the most migrating from the Republic of Moldova, due to the dissatisfaction with the living conditions. The authors carry out a statistical analysis of the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the Medical Services in the rural area of the Republic of Moldova for five years, 2012-2016. In order to reduce the migration of young labor force in the rural area, the authors determine and bring forward proposals of important strategic directions for increasing the quality and diversification of medical services in the country and the rural area.
