Abstract:
Due to the pandemic situation that was created by the Covid-19 virus, almost the entire business system was disrupted. In the future, more and more stringent requirements are imposed for the business activity to satisfy the wishes of clients and consumers who have also undergone essential changes. These conditions now are coupled with trends that have already been outlined, such as increasing social responsibility, ensuring sustainability, protecting the environment. In order to adjust the business activity to the current requirements, it is necessary to invest in the implementation of an integrated management system that would increase the company's abilities to meet the needs of clients and customers, ensuring their maintenance and their loyalty. Thanks to the responsibilities involved in complying with the requirements imposed by an integrated management system, the involvement of senior management increases considerably and ensures a sustainable development of the company. When the integrated management system is fully aligned with the business strategies of the company it contributes to improving performance and provides opportunities to increase it real value.
