Abstract:
Under the conditions of information exploitation, of standing or permanent learning and of efforts for unstoppable renewal, the professional staff development, as a general process of knowledge gathering and amassment from all possible domains, must represent an essential element of any organization activity.
At the same time, owing to the increasing technical level of the organizations, the professional development of the employees has become a strategic factor and also an important source of the competitive advantage for all economic entities. To an increasing extent, the production has a non-material nature, and the modernization of products and their sale process requires an intensive usage of the organization employees abilities. Economic entities can thrive and are able to achieve their purposes, only if the employees have necessary professional knowledge and skills, and certainly personality traits that are considered vital for organization.
Another essential element for the existence and generally for society progress and a proper organization is creative staff development, as a top way of their potential act. Changes and occurences that took place during the last meanwhile in organizations, persuaded the necessity creative staff development, especially managers development of all hierarchical levels.
Insurance of adequate knowledge and skills, afterwards to warrant the organiztion thriving and success can be achieved through a continuous learning process.
