dc.description.abstract In the educational system is mentioned often, that professional success and high educational performance depends on several factors and one of them, with a big impact for teachers and students potential is coaching. Educational systems as a whole role are increasingly approaching the way how enterprise operates. If in economy the coaching concept working very well why cannot apply the same techniques in the educational system. From leadership development to education a new concept become visible, coaching applied to education or educational coaching. A modern educational system is meant to be plastic and productive and this article explores the relationship between the processes of coaching and educational system. The two great players the teacher as a mentor or a coach and the new student, working and needed to be professional, must to reconfigure their role. Effective communication, mentoring, relationship of equilibrium of two entities intersect more and more then can even imagine, they can make up through a new approach, that premise can provides an increased authentic values and a distinct personality. en_US
