Abstract

This article relates to the theoretical and practical aspects of the feasibility study on the initial stage of investment in the projects of real asset development. As the subject of study the projects of investment for construction as well the projects of land development are studied. The activity of feasibility/foundation study is viewed as a part of technical and economical expertise of real estate. Every chapter relates to the legal norms and the comments for actual situation. The study frame lights some social and economical impacts due to the lack of properly norms and rules on the segment of real estate market. The subject of this article can serve for initiation of deep scientific investigations of the matter.
