dc.description.abstract Currently the greatest gaps in the field of transport in the Republic of Moldova are unclear strategic and tactical vision on the management of crises and the lack of a National Anti-Crisis Program which could identify the mechanism and modalities for the settlement of the problems of this field and to offer a systematic approach for overcoming the crisis. This Program should derive from the radiography of crises made by the competent authority from this field, environment of experts or international financial institutions. Considering the causality relation, the Anti-crisis program should include both measures for removal of causes of crisis in a sector and its immediate consequences. en_US
