Asigurarea dezvoltării durabile a întreprinderilor din Republica Moldova prin implementarea sistemelor integrate de management

Abstract

Impactul proceselor de globalizare economică a evidențiat necesitatea îndeplinirii cerințelor utilizatorilor (clienților și consumatorilor). Dezvoltarea științei manageriale a fost conturată cu asimilarea concepției sistemice în management, care a evoluat și la moment aplică integrarea diverselor sisteme de management ca o soluție eficientă pentru a răspunde tuturor nevoilor clienților din piața de desfacere, indiferent de localizarea acesteia. Scopul articolului este definirea sistemului integrat de management și reflectarea părților componente cu elucidarea necesităților de implementare și principalelor beneficii ce pot fi valorificate de întreprinderile din Republica Moldova. Astfel, sistemele integrate de management reprezintă o oportunitate pentru întreprinderile de prelucrare de a-și demonstra angajamentul față de dezvoltarea durabilă în raport cu cerințele părților interesate, care urmează a fi descrise în articolul propus.

The impact of economic globalization’s processes highlighted the need to meet the requirements of users (customers and consumers). The development of management science has been outlined by the assimilation of the systemic management concept, which has evolved and currently applies the integration of various management systems as an efficient solution to meet all the needs of the customers in the market, regardless of its location. The purpose of the article deals with the definition of the integrated management system and reflection of its parts with the elucidation of the implementation needs and the main benefits that can be capitalized by enterprises from the Republic of Moldova. Thus, the integrated management systems provide an opportunity for processing enterprises to demonstrate their commitment to sustainable development in relation to the requirements of the stakeholders, which will be described in the present article.
