dc.description.abstract	This article aims to study the procedure of Public land property delineation as a part of entire process of real estate cadastre establishment in the Republic of Moldova. There are approached some actual problems the process faces and the possible ways of their solution are discussed. This paper presents a part of the scientific research of phd thesis ”Institutional and methodological development of technical-economical real estate expertise”. That’s why the main emphasis here is put on the technical and economical estimation as a category of economical activity for the solving of litigation cases in the procedure of public property delineation.	en_US
