Formarea specialistului competitiv pe piaţa muncii: obiectiv prioritar al sistemului de învăţămînt profesional-tehnic.

Abstract

În acest articol este abordată problematica învăţămîntului profesional şi a formării specialistului competitiv pe piaţa muncii. Este prezentată o sinteză a opiniilor cercetătorilor psihologi şi pedagogi cu referire la caracteristicile personalităţii competitive şi la condiţiile de formare a acesteia, precum şi structura competenţelor profesionale care asigură succesul în găsirea unui loc de muncă. Autoarea subliniază necesitatea formării depline a competenţelor profesionale, evidenţiind componenta comportamentală principală ”savoir-être”, care conferă valoare specialistului; descrie trăsăturile de personalitate ale unui specialist competitiv şi rolul cadrului didactic în pregătirea acestuia. Un loc aparte ocupă ideea utilizării taxonomiei lui Krathwohl în proiectarea didactică – un instrument ce ar facilita formarea competenţelor atitudinal-comportamentale ca o componentă indispensabilă în pregătirea specialistului competitiv.

The article presents the challenges of the vocational education and those of the training process of a labor market competitive specialist. It presents a summary of opinions of the researchers from psychological and educational fields, concerning the characteristics of a competitive personality and ways of training them. It also introduces the structure of the vocational skills that ensures success in finding a good job. The author emphasizes the need for full vocational skills training, highlighting “savoir-être” behavioral component as the main characteristics that gives value to the specialist; describes the specific personality characteristics of a competitive specialist; the teacher’s role in the training process of such specialists . A special place occupies the idea of the necessity to use Krathwohl’s Taxonomy in the teaching design. In the author’s opinion, this tool would facilitate the accessibility to the development of attitudinal – behavioral competencies as a vital component in the training of a labor market competitive specialist.
