Metode de evaluare a etapelor de dezvoltare a zonelor economice libere in Republica Moldova

Abstract

Este prezentată modalitatea de evaluare a activităților zonelor economice libere în baza a doi indicatori: volumul anual al investițiilor în active materiale pe termen lung și volumul producției fabricate. Această metodă este bazată pe determinarea tendințelor centrale ale acestor indicatori (trendul polinomial de ordinul 3). Astfel, este estimată etapa de evoluție a acestor formațiuni economice. Acest model poate fi utilizat de autoritățile publice centrale și locale în procesul de luare a deciziilor privind suspendarea sau continuarea activității zonelor economice libere.

In the article it is presented how to assess the activities of free economic zones, based on two indicators: the annual volume of investments in tangible assets for long term and the volume of manufactured production. The method is based on the determination of central tendencies of these indicators (polynomial trend of 3 order). Thus can determinate the evolutionary step of these economic formations. This model can be used by central and local public authorities in making decisions about of suspension or further activity of free economic zones.
