Particularităţile producerii circuitelor integrate flexibil-rigide

Abstract

În lucrarea dată sunt formulate avantajele utilizării circuitelor integrate flexibil-rigide pentru construirea aparaturii electronice, precum şi problemele apărute la elaborarea procesului tehnologic şi asimilarea lui în producţie. Sunt descrise defectele tipice, care apar frecvent în procesul de fabricaţie, şi sunt formulate recomandări pentru eliminarea acestora. De asemenea, sunt prezentate regimuri de executare a celor mai problematice operaţii şi schema procesului tehnologic.

The present work formulates the advantages of using flexible-rigid integrated circuits for the construction of electronic equipment and problems arisen in the development of technological process and its assimilation in production. It describes typical defects that occur frequently in the manufacturing process, and formulates the recommendations for their removal. It also presents regimes for the performance of the most problematic operations and the diagram of the technological process.
