Valoarea drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală

Abstract

Obiectele de proprietate intelectuală (OPI), în majoritatea lor, nu au formă fizică, însă acordă drepturi şi beneficii economice proprietarului. Volumul drepturilor şi mărimea beneficiilor potenţiale creează valoarea obiectelor respective. În cazul limitării drepturilor asupra obiectelor de proprietate intelectuală, se micşorează şi valoarea acestora.

Intellectual property objects (IPO), in their majority, have no physical form, but grant rights and economic benefits to owner. The scope of the rights and the size of the potential benefits create the value of these objects. If limiting the rights on intellectual property objects, their value also decreases.
