dc.description.abstract	The opportunity of application of mathematical models based on the correlation and regression analysis is discussed. Value of the object assessment formed under the influence of number of factors, the degree of influence, which can be defined using the regression analysis is determined. To perform assessment work the regression model is offered and realized. This model allows to consider the influence of pricing factors on the value of land for agricultural purposes.	en_US
