The purpose of the research was to study the adaptability of new winter rapeseed hybrids in the southern area of the Republic of Moldova. The work is structured in 5 chapters, conclusions, bibliography (46 sources) and annexes, presented on 50 pages. The research was conducted during the 2024-2025 agricultural year, 10 winter rapeseed genotypes were selected as biological material, sown in a minimum tillage system, after the precursor pea for grains. The research highlighted the following: the new genotypes of winter rapeseed studied had a vegetation period of 254-256 days; the germination capacity of seeds in the field, in the research year, was quite high and ranged from 81.3% to 100%, with an average of 97.5% across experiments; the survival rate of winter rapeseed plants was high and the values of this indicator ranged between 77.5% and 100% with an average of 95%; under the conditions of the 2024-2025 agricultural year, winter rapeseed formed tall plants between 124 cm and 157 cm, and the stem height to the first branching ranged from 30 cm to 41 cm; seed production was high - 4.34-5.06 t/ha, with an average of 4.42 t/ha; seed weight (MMB) had values ranging between 3.9 g and 4.7 g and volumetric mass (MV) from 667 g/l to 686 g/l; under the conditions of 2024-2025, the studied hybrids showed perfect resistance to pollination, drought and mechanized harvesting (9 points) and very good resistance to seed shaking and wintering (8 points).
