Abstract:
In a field experiment performed in 2011 at the Techno logical-Experimental Station "Codru" in Chisinau, several residual materials not tested so far in the Republic of Moldova were tested, which were discharged from wineries (wine yeasts and vinasa). Based on the performed researches, were elaborated technologies for the recovery of wine waste as fertilizer. At the current stage in the Republic of Moldova, the ecological status of the environment is deplorable in most natural and anthropogenic ecosystems. The mentioned waste, being thrown chaotically, represents a major danger both for human life and for air, soil, flora, fauna, etc. There is no processing and recycling company in the country. At the same time, the listed wastes contain a significant amount of biophilic elements necessary for the nutrition of agricultural plants and soil fertility, and last but not least a high amount of organic matter.
