Abstract

Referring to the subject in our research, we can mention that one of the problems of civil law and contemporary labor law is the relationship between institutions of material and patrimonial responsibility, in particular the application of the provisions on liability in legal relations, the probable possibility of sharing civil law and labor law. One aspect that needs to be elucidated is to determine the legal nature of the patrimonial liability of the employer towards the employee.
