The basic axiom of the interaction of the quality of the obtained production and of the consumption of required production: the higher are the requiems for the consumption for its production and the expenses for its sale. The disclosed notions of this axiom increase the attention on the quality, opportunity and veridicality of the primary recorded information at the all stages of ‘its appearance and recording.
