Abstract:
Legal communication is essential for lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and other legal professionals, as it enables them to convey and interpret legal norms, resolve conflicts, and protect the rights of the parties involved. It differs from everyday communication through its technical vocabulary, imposed formalities, and the necessity of being clear and precise in expression. Effective communication not only contributes to the correct application of the law and the building of trust-based relationships between professionals and clients but also plays a fundamental role in establishing a fair and efficient justice system. Adhering to principles of clarity, transparency, and responsibility fosters an environment of trust and collaboration. However, legal communication is crucial not only for professionals in the field but also for citizens, who need to understand their rights correctly and interact effectively with authorities. Clear and well-thought-out communication ensures the protection of fundamental rights and promotes legal literacy among the population.
