Abstract:
The scientific research constitutes of investigations of some microbiological aspects of milk microflora and dairy products, important through the way of action and their daily use. The quantitative microbiological aspects of colonies in fresh dairy products stated a satisfactory number of lactic microbial colonies in fresh dairy products and up to an expiration date most frequently represented by Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus strains.
