Th e article describes the results of research on the increase of quantity of the
virus-free collection of fruit and berry crops by new varieties and biotypes of rootstocks.
8 varieties of apple trees (Reno, Coreal, Broeburn, Topaz, Coreagat, Elstar, Stark Spur
Red Delicious, Pinova), one variety of quince (Olga), 2 varieties of plum (Super President
and Blue Free) and one type of sweet cherry (Sunburst) and sour cherry (Marioara) were
improved by the method of thermotherapy. In vitro micropropagation technologies have
been developed for rootstocks of stone fruit crops Miroper, VŢ 13, Adaptabil and ICP
5, promising for the conditions of Moldova. 3 varieties of gooseberry (Scedrîi, Doneţkii
krupnoplodnâi şi Doneţkii perveneţ), 4 varieties of black currant (Ronix, Padina, Odjebin şi Minai Şmârev) and 8 varieties of strawberries ((Ducat, Crasnâi Bereg, Camerosa şi
Elvira, Madlen, Geliociv, Arosa şi Muntele Everest) were propagated in vitro. High specifi c
antisera against NRSV, CLSY and CLRV viruses with 1: 2000 titers have obtained.
В статье описываются результаты исследований по расширению безвирусной коллекции плодовых и ягодных культур новыми сортами. Оздоровлены сорта
яблони Reno, Coreal, Broeburn, Topaz, Coreagat, Elstar, Stark Spur Red Delicious, Pinova, aйвы Olga, сливы Super Prezident, Blue Free, черешни Sunburst и вишни Mărioara. Разработаны технологии микроразмножения in vitro перспективных для условий Молдовы подвоев косточковых культур Miroper, VŢ 13, Adaptabil и ICP 5. Размножены in vitro сорта крыжовника (Scedrîi, Doneţkii krupnoplodnâi şi Doneţkii perveneţ), смородины (Ronix, Padina, Odjebin şi Minai Şmârev) и земляники (Ducat, Crasnâi Bereg, Camerosa şi Elvira, Madlen, Geliociv, Arosa şi Muntele Everest). Получены высокоспецифические антисыворотки к вирусам NRSV, CLSY и двум изолятам CLRV с титрами 1:2000.
