Оптимизация этапов клонального размножения подвоя персика GF 677

Abstract

A technique of mass-clonal propagation of GF 677 rootstocks has been developed. Combinations growth regulators and their concentrations providing for optimization of the processes that occur at different stages of rootstocks clonal propagation were found out. Conditions for good adaptation of regenerants in vivo have been determined.
