Organizarea managerială şi documentară a procedurilor de control al producţiei de origine vegetală prune în regim de export din RM în UE

Abstract

În lucrarea data este prezentat pas cu pas studiul privind exportul fructelor din Republica Moldova în UE calitatea fructelor ceea ce, reprezintă un factor esential şi important în siguranţa alimentară. Prin abordarea unui studiu detaliat asupra informatiilor, revistelor informaţionale cu date statistice veridice, a actelor despre cultură ,fructe şi necesitatea de înaltă utilizare în consumul uman, această teză îşi propune să identifice factorii cheie care influenţează calitatea fructelor atît pentru export cât şi pentru piaţa locală de consum. Studiul în verificarea şi cercetarea actelor normative în vigoare pentru export din RM în UE necesită o vastă cercetare în continuare . Scopul cercetării. Obiectivele lucrării. Pentru realizarea scopului propus am propus următoarele obiective: plantaţiile cultivate per ţară cu cultura prunului şi cantitea recoltată per 1 ha. studierea actelor normative şi necesare pentru export. evaluarea riscurilor fructelor de la export până la ţara importatoare. Structura tezei include: Adnotări, Lista abrevierilor, Lista figurilor, Lista tabelelor, Întroducere, 6 Capitole, Concluzii, Bibliografie, 23 figuri, 3 anexe, 5 tabele. Materiale şi metodologia cercetării ştiinţifice: La elaborarea tezei de master au stat la bază suportul teoretic, metodologia ştiinţifică şi concepţiile savanţilor şi doctorilor în ştiinţă din domeniul agricol, si actelor pentru export.

In this paper, the study on the export of fruits from the Republic of Moldova to the EU is presented step by step, the quality of the fruits, which represents an essential and important factor in food safety. By approaching a detailed study on information, documents about culture, fruits and the need for high use in human consumption, this thesis aims to identify the key factors that influence the quality of fruits both for export and for the local consumer market. The study in the verification and research of the normative acts in force for export from the Republic of Moldova to the EU requires extensive further research. The purpose of the research is to study the statistical data of the laws in force, the Government Decisions, the European procedures in force. The objectives of the work. To achieve the proposed goal, we set the following objectives: plantations cultivated per country with plum culture and the amount harvested per 1 ha; studying the normative and necessary acts for export; risk assessment of fruits from export to the importing country. The structure of the thesis includes: Annotations, List of abbreviations, List of figures, List of tables, Introduction, 6 Chapters, Conclusions, Bibliography, 23 figures, 3 appendices, 5 tables. Materials and methodology of scientific research: The theoretical support, scientific methodology and conceptions of scientists and doctors of science in the agricultural field, and documents for export were the basis for the development of the master's thesis.
