dc.description.abstract Relevant evaluation and improvement of social inequalities Quality of life indicators, as factor of competitiveness of countries in the world arena, becoming a growing problem more important. It is known that the European Commission proposes creation of a “global social state” of the development of EU human factor. Based on the concept of Quality of Life as socio-economic category, the author proposes a new methodology for assessing and increase Quality of Life, which provides for the socio-economic indicators in the evaluation. With complex and dynamic, fully assessing and monitoring quality of life indicators proposed selection technique in terms of socio-economic causal links, depending on the interconnection of these indicators and the realization of human needs. The author fails to prove the relevance of the methodology proposed by the logical connection between the proposed methodology for assessing the quality of life and human development assessment methodology proposed by the UNDP. en_US
