dc.description.abstract Thermoelectric properties of quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) organic crystals of n-type TTT(TCNQ)2 are investigated theoretically in order to estimate the possibility to apply this compound for thermoelectric applications. A more complete three-dimensional (3D) physical model is applied. Two the most important electron-phonon interactions are taken into account simultaneously. One interaction is similar to that of deformation potential. en_US
