dc.description.abstract Solvent demand is very low. However according to SE Cadastre number of transactions increased with 2% first quarter of 2014. The ratio between the average monthly salary and prise of an apartment is 129 times.Credit rates in Moldova are between 10- 17%. For purchase a dwelling can be accessed a housing loan from a commercial bank or through the Prima Casa, AMIC. In Germany, USA, Italy, Poland are created credit unions that provide credit only to members at competitive rates (1.5- 4 %). en_US
