dc.description.abstract Economic mechanism wich is created in Moldova, is oriented to the market-relations, to the developing all forms of property and implementation of new methods of management assume the appearance of different types of risks. As a result, any economic activity takes place under conditions of risk and uncertainty, which in turn may be more or less serious, more or less known, easier or harder to avoid. Insufficient knowledge of these risks, their evaluation unsatisfactory, missing of a adequate protection against these, directly affect the outcome of activities. Strategic costs are crucial for effective small and medium entrepreneurs in various fields. Transformation of these enterprises in factors of creation of a economic value, dependsby their level of information and the ability to use the information for their own advantage. Necesity of scientific study of the specified problem has become essential in choosing the theme of investigation. en_US
