| dc.description.abstract | This article contains the results of a segment market’s analysis. Studied segment reprezents offers of building free parcells of earth for commercial constructions from Chișinău city collected in period March – July 2016. Present case study was executed in order to verify if theoretical aspects, which are stated by all the specialists in sphere of real estate, might be true for respective area. Such aspects as area of cells, prices and location were targeted, as well as interdependence of those. In the end was concluded a statement for each point; as well was traced the number of sold parcells. | en_US |
