dc.description.abstract	Innovation is a systemic and economic process, it results from a continuous interaction between various factors and its approach requires a broad horizontal vision. The clear and complete picture of the national innovation system highlights the interdependencies between the structural components that act roughly in the innovation process. The regional innovation system is seen as a good tool to generate effective sectoral innovation systems. By generating different but competent sectoral innovation systems in different regions, regional innovation systems can build an effective national innovation system. The innovative development of the region is thus a complex systemic problem that goes beyond purely industrial policy and innovation, and the presence of many stakeholders in the structure of the regional innovation system predetermines different types of connections between its components.	en_US
