Expertiza tehnico-economică a bunurilor imobile în cadrul managementului imobiliar prin prisma obiectivelor de dezvoltare durabilă

Abstract

The main objective of this paper serves the brief analysis of the activity of technical and economical expertise of real estate in terms of the contribution of this activity to the basic objectives of sustainable development. Using analytical methods the advantages of developing the branch of technical and economic expertise of real estate are correlated with the established figures of the world commune on population welfare, poverty reduction, environmental protection, respect for rights, effective use of resources and other economic and social areas of the curriculum United Nations, launched for development for the current period. The article reflects some shortcomings in the legal framework regarding the regulation of the real estate expertise activity, as well as the lack of developed infrastructure for training and promotion of the branch. The basic hypothesis of this article is "the promotion of the technical-economic expertise of real estate will contribute to the achievement of the sustainable development objectives set for the Republic of Moldova".
